I'm whiling away the hours with lessons 2 and 3 (so far) of Beginning C++ @
CodeWarriorU (a great default activity for idle time, I'm finding) (by the way,
doesn't it seem like I'm getting serious about this programming thing?
I'm all puffed up and optimistic and it feels like the right thing so
far... each day brings new discoveries, new revelations.... I understand one
little detail more of that intimidating Palm code) (yes, it does).
Everyone's playing and having fun, BeatMe was crushing but lost a gammon in the
box holding two 16-cubes, which sent him back to the stuck zone. How
infuriating this game can be. How delightful to see light at the end of
the tunnel out of here. Let backgammon be a game, something I do for
fun. I definitely do not want to gamble for a living anymore.
